Returns & Refunds Policy
At OSOND, we’re committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return any item ordered from OSOND online shop within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Mail your item(s) back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the items until we receive them.
Refunds
We will re-credit the amount of your purchase to your credit card account immediately after the goods have been received and processed. Please note that shipping fees incurred when returning goods will not be reimbursed.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in brand new condition, showing no signs of wear.
- All original packaging must be included. Original boxes are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition.
- Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse items returned in a worsened condition that indicates additional usage and to charge you accordingly.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please complete a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, a direct exchange or offsetting the price of one item against another is not possible.
